Kelsey Grammer, Corbin Bleu & Impulse Magazine Help With CHARITY for Partners In Action
Rabiah Coon and Meki Cox (Lyrics Express) – July 29, 2010
The web-a-thon, an online Charity raising event from Well Known and respected Partners in Action (A COMPLETE NON-PROFIT Organization where 100% of ALL donations are given to the projects) will last 12 hours: from 8am – 8pm PT. And will be shown on TODHD Channel —- http://5.todhd.com/home.php
Impulse Magazine has already kicked off the fund-raising by making a contribution to the cause. This puts Partners In Action one step closer to their fund-raising goal of only $12,000!
If you’ve never heard of this Charity it would be a good idea for you to research them – they are a trusted and well deserving charity – and every single donation goes to the charity project and NONE of the donations are taken for administration or other fees – all of the people involved are volunteers – giving their own time and money to make this organization work.
In 1985, Curtis M. Cluff founded Partners in Action with the goal of helping children and families in his local community of South Phoenix, AZ. Since that time, the organization’s work has expanded abroad and there are now projects being funded in 20 countries on 5 continents.
Cluff and Partners In Action oversee the projects they fund to ensure that every dollar donated is spent as intended. 100% of donations made on Saturday – like every single donation to Partners In Action- will go towards the repair of two orphanages in East Africa as well as be used for food, clothing and educational supplies for the children in the surrounding areas.
Donny Gamble, Chief Editor of Impulse Magazine, and the other partners in the magazine, have given Partners In Action their support, with Gamble stating,
“Our participation is geared to making communities better for our children to live and free them from all of the drugs and violence. It is also important to provide quality education and activities for our youth to be able to participate in within their communities.“
Impulse Magazine would like to invite you to attend this telethon on SATURDAY, July 31 between 8 am and 8 pm PT.
Currently, the tentative list of guests include:
Kelsey Grammer – Fraiser, Girlfriends, and Cheers
Singer/actor Corbin Bleu from the “High School Musical” and Broadway’s “In the Heights”
Model/actor Antonio Sabato, Jr.,
Lydia Cornell the 80’s actress from “Too Close For Comfort” and is currently hosting her own incredibly down to earth TODHD show, “Lydia Live”

And other guests may well be present.
Donations can also be made any time prior to the telethon at Partners In Action TODHD page. This offers a way for people who cannot be present for the show to make donations to the Partners In Action Charities.
Look for more generosity from Impulse Magazine’s founders and members.
“Philanthropy is a huge part of Impulse because it is our vision to provide both quality information to our users as well as doing charity events and community service events,” says Gamble.
