How to Make Homemade Ice Cream

What could be more exciting than this? Making your very own ice cream at home is fun to do and who needs to go and buy in the grocery store when you can make one on your own right?

So today you are going to learn how to make an ice cream in a bag 101. Yep, I said it right. We are going to be doing some science stuff here. So this goes for the smart people! Super easy to do and is healthy to eat as well!

You are going to be needing:

Small sandwich bag

Gallon sized Bag

1/2 cup of whole milk

1 Tablespoon of sugar or you can add more if you want

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

1/2 Bag of Ice

6 T.  Rock Sea salt

Procedure:

In the small sandwich bag put in your 1/2 cup milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar and of course you can add more if want it sweet and then the 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla. Seal the bag tightly and don’t forget to let the air out so it won’t be puffing up.

Next, in a gallon bag fill it up with ice and salt. Then put in your sandwich bag inside the gallon bag that you just filled with ice and salt. Press down or cover the bag filled with your liquid mixture,  shake it up and wait for it form for about 5 minutes.

Once it’s done, open the bag and scoop out the ice cream put it in a nice bowl. From here you can either add on  M & M’s, cookies, chocolate syrup, etc. It’s up to you. Now, Enjoy!
