Healthy Avocado Chicken Salad Recipe

Avocado Chicken Salad

This is one of the healthiest meal that you can prepare for yourself and for your family.

Also, if you are trying to shed off some weight then this is perfect to eat and is way easy to prepare and it will not consume much of your time because all you have to do is just mix all of your ingredients together, you don’t need to cook anything.  This is tasty and is sure going to satisfy your food craving.

Ingredients:

Peeled Avocados in chucks or mashed (It’s up to you, go with whatever you like to use)

12 ounces of chicken breast ( You can use the ones on cans or you could even use your left over roasted chicken from last nights dinner)

1/4 cup of chopped Onions

1/2 cup of chopped Celery

4 Tablespoons of Greek Yougurt

Pepper & Salt to taste

Dash of  Paprika

Fresh Lemon juice

Watercress

Procedure:

In a large mixing bowl put in your 12 ounces of chicken may it be  finely chopped or in chunks its up to you.  Add in the celery, onion, avocado, watercress, Greek yogurt and mix them.

Next, add in a fresh squeeze of lemon juice, a dash of paprika, pepper and salt to taste. Mix them together for the last time and your all done! How easy was that? Now enjoy your healthy guilt free salad.
