Britneys Home ! Hard Sell!

Problems in the housing market don’t just affect the masses.  Even the super rich are having trouble selling their homes in the current economic climate; none more so that 30 year old superstar Britney Spears. As reported by Celeb Gossip website

Spears LA mansion failed to sell when it was put up for sale first time round and the singer may have to take a hit on the price to sell this ‘toxic’ property asset.  Keep reading to learn more.

Spears likely to have to reduce price of beautiful home in order to sell

Spears put her beautiful home up for sale for $7 million although the property failed to sell.  The star bought the Mediterranean style villa in 2007 and may now have to take a $4 million hit on the property in order to sell.

The 7,500 square foot property boasts five bedrooms and six bathrooms as well as a luxurious kitchen with marble worktops.  A massive reception room houses a black grand piano while large bedrooms contain fireplaces and flat screen TVs.  There is also a huge ‘den’ with stunning furnishings and an attractive patio with lovely views of the garden.

The dining room looks over the swimming pool and spa at the coveted Summit gated community in Beverley Hills, one of the most exclusive addresses in the city.

The Belfast Telegraph reports that ‘the move is said to be prompted by Britney’s desire to restart her life again after some high profile troubles. She is said to want to begin a new life with fiance Jason Trawick. ‘

A price reduction looks likely if Spears wants to sell the stylish home.  However, it is unlikely to leave the 30-year-old short of cash as she has an estimated worth of $155 million.
