3 Super-Speedy Sporty Fiats
Fiats often thought of as just small run around cars to get about town in, now stick some Turbo Chargers, Aggressive styling and powerful engines in and we get some fantastic little fast hot hatches here are three super cars. Whether you are getting a used fiat or one of the show room floor you get great value and good fuel consumtion so have a hard look at these three cars if you are in the market for a hot hatch.
Fiat Coupe 20 Valve Turbo
When people say all fast cars have to be real wheel drive they obviously have not driven the sporty front wheeled drive Fiat Coupe 20 Valve Turbo and felt its superb acceleration and road handling. The outside exterior doesn’t let anything down either with really sharp and super edgy looks a real proud car that will turn people heads and you zip by. The cars interior is very slick and smooth with nice leather. With a 20V turbo engine you get surprisingly good fuel economy and with a nice sized boot it is all looking like a very good package. A solid good sound system to boot here by Calrion and this becomes a fantastic and proper sports car.
Fiat 500 Arbath
Oh my is one sexy looking little car it is more for the driver with its mean looks and slim styling. This is a potent little agile motor that will stick to the road and fight it way through the traffic. The Honeywell turbo kicks with some nice boost, in fact a boost of max 18psi. Fuel economy is in fact pretty good and the 1.4 litre engine is a step up form most base engines. The engine has a solid cast-aluminium pan and head, resting on a cast iron block what this mean is that it handles a higher output very well indeed.
Fiat Arbath Punto
This is the fastest Punto Evo you can get and well it delivers. What a scorching hot little hatchback with an engine full of high end performance. This car might not have the best fule economeny and is the worst of the three by quite a bit but you do get a lot for your money.
You just get a normal bog standard Fiat interior which is just neat and tidy but un remarkable and without a great deal of storage, well it’s a small car but its got great torque and a firm ride the Torque Transfer Control gives improved traction and good steering as well especially on sharp corners.
The Fiat can be a real little performance hot hatch and great value for money. The miles per gallon is often very reasonable and with sharp head turning aesthetics the cars really pack a punch. Given great reviews by other reviewers and owners if you want a small car that will make an impact the Fiat is a fantastic choice.
